Skyline View Apt/Hotel on Riverwalk | Free Parking

This experience was horrible, we were towed due to incomplete check in instructions. The front door to the building and Positive: I absolutely have nothing nice to say about the property or the experience. Negative: We are a family traveling with a toddler and checked in close to 11 PM which we informed the property prior to our arrival. The check-in instructions were chaotic and haphazard and hard to follow. They sent 8 different messages, each one containing different pieces of information, none comprehensive and several including the wrong information. Due to their abhorrent instructions and the necessary parking permits not being where stated, our rental car was towed within a few hours with our toddlers car seat and most of our things. Both our Uber driver to the tow lot and the employees of that lot stated it was normal to be towed from that garage. To make matters worse, the phone number given for questions during our stay went straight to a full voicemail. It took several tries to get ahold of anyone. When we spoke to the property management about what took place, they were clearly aware of the predatory nature of towing in the buidling garage and yet made ZERO mention of that anywhere - in their messages or communications in the home. When we requested they cover the cost of the tow due to their bad communication and erroneous instructions, they called us liars and stupid, and were extremely rude. 100% would not recommend.
