A NOTE ON GROUND-FLOOR LIVING: This unit is at Riverwalk level — the trade-off for being closer to the river than any upper-floor unit. You'll hear downtown's ambient hum: foot traffic on the Riverwalk path, restaurant chatter Fri/Sat, the occasional boat horn. It's downtown energy, not chaos. Blinds + double-pane windows handle privacy and most noise. If you need a quieter retreat, message us — we manage upper-floor units in the same building. ⚠️ REPORT ANY ISSUE IMMEDIATELY: We're available 24/7 by Airbnb message and respond within 1 hour. AC, wifi, hot water, lock, cleaning — anything — tell us DURING your stay so we can fix it. Issues raised after checkout can't be resolved. 🅿️ PARKING — READ CAREFULLY: Use ONLY your assigned covered garage spot. Street parking and unauthorized building lots are enforced by the city and HOA.
